Cancellations & Returns

To ensure your order ships in a timely manner, orders are placed into production immediately, therefore we are unable to make any changes to the order once it is placed. 

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been personalized. If you receive an item with an error in the personalization, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

 

Standard Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return brand new, unused items only that were NOT personalized within 30 business days for a refund of purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable).

 

Holiday Return Policy: Anything purchased between November 1 - December 31st may be returned through January 31 the following year.

 

Refunds are issued in 5-7 business days and refunded to the original payment method (ex. Paypal or Credit Card). Please contact us prior to making a return to receive an authorization number.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Requests after 30 days of receipt will be denied.
